Common questions

Bordy can't find my flight

Flight schedules usually appear a few days before departure, and charter or private flights may not be published at all. If your flight is missing, add it manually: on the Add Flight screen, choose Add flight manually and enter the flight number, both airports, and the times. Bordy checks manually added flights against real schedules later and fills in the rest.

Gate, seat and boarding time are hidden

These are Pro features. You can start a three-day free trial from the Join Pro banner on your profile.

Gate or terminal data is missing for my flight

Not every airport publishes live gate data, and detailed flight information typically becomes available about two days before departure. If the flight is more than two days out, the fields fill in closer to the date.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are enabled both in Bordy (Settings, Push Notifications) and in iOS Settings, Notifications, Bordy. If you declined the permission prompt at first launch, iOS will only ask again after you enable it in system settings.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bordy. Cancelling keeps every flight you have already logged.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including flights, statistics and preferences. It cannot be undone.
